Grandmother Joanna Agnes Chambers-Lawrence

This photos note says "Joanna with her granddaughter, Joanna Agnes Smith", but we believe this is an error. This photo would have had to been taken before 1900 and the Older Joanna would have been 50 years old. Thus we believe the little girl is Grace Rider in the late 1920's.

Grace or Joanna??

Same little girl thus same question.  Is this Joanna Agnes as it is written on photo or is it Grace Rider???

Photo Postcards such as the one here were very common in the early 1900's.

This card is dated July 7, 1909 and sent from Lucy Lawrence-Stich's daughter Florence, to her Grandmother Joanna Lawrence.  The Stich's lived in Altoona Pennsylvania and corresponded quite often to family members back home, Gettysburg PA.
